Fantastic cakes to eat the egg borrowed from Emily's blog 'three chickens on the dresser "is the original recipe    here, I hand the  carried over without change. 
   Ingredients:  
 - 100 grams of butter
- 100 grams of starch
- 100 grams of flour
- 200 grams of sugar
- grated lemon peel
- chocolate chips
 Beat the egg whites, no matter the quantity and incorporate the butter but not hot, and slowly the other solid ingredients (I put the ingredients and finally, I have incorporated the egg white). 
  poured into molds, better donut me I do not have it, and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes circa.Una withdraw them when cold and dust with icing sugar. 
  I found them very good, maybe a little sweet I would be trying to reduce the sugar a little next time. 
  already had done this several times I noticed that change the texture depending on the amount of egg used, that is, more or less soft, but has always come very good .... otherwise I would not have redone
