The apple pie is always apple pie!
When winter comes and the summer fruit drop, the first sweet that comes to mind is always to made of apples, I do not know why but it's like a ritual to inaugurate the new season. The scent of apple pie know autumn is irresistible for me .....
Even this year, after two consecutive times for the apple pie, previously posted here
I went with this particular pie in which apples are grated nell''impasto.
The recipe comes from "the best salt and pepper: irresistible apple pies" as I could not get it? Surely this is not the last apple pie will do, there are so beautiful ....

Ingredients:
- 140 grams of flour 3 eggs
- 35 g butter 110 g caster sugar icing sugar
- 5 g baking powder vanilla cake
- an untreated lemon
- 2 apples (I used the rennet)
the eggs in a bowl, add sugar and mount them with the fruits to obtain an electrical compostochiaro and fluffy. Gradually stir the flour sifted with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Melt the butter over very low heat, let cool, then add it to the mixture, stirring well. Grate the lemon rind, add to mixture and stir gently. Peel the apples, remove core and grate with a grater on large holes making them fall on a clean towel and pat gently to remove excess moisture.
Add them to the compound. Lined with parchment paper wet and squeezed a springform pan of 20 cm in diameter, pour the mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Let the cake cool, the mold, and sprinkle with the icing zcchero.
is very good, in my opinion suitable for breakfast or snack. The paper is accompanied by a proposal vanilla cream ... you do!
And who wants this??
