How Can I Feel For An Enlarged Spleen







Once tart apple is better than the salt and pepper "irresistible apple pies"! I had never tried this kind of dough crumbs over the cake, also called crumble, made with flour, butter and sugar and I must say that I find good, simple to perform and very nice to see! Congratulations to the magazine that assiduously and purchase that never disappoints!




Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of flour 200 g butter 170 g sugar
  • 2 hard-boiled egg yolks
  • 4 apples (I used the rennet)
  • a teaspoon of cinnamon powder (which I did not put)
  • a tablespoon of salt starch

Let soften
100 grams of butter and divide it into bows. Place on pastry 200 grams of flour, add the butter flakes, 70 g sugar, egg yolks and a pinch of salt, and knead quickly the ingredients form a ball and wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator
Wash apples, peel, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Put them in a bowl with 50 grams of sugar, cinnamon for those who like it, and starch.
Take back the dough, roll it out and arrange in a mold with a diameter of 24 cmm, imburratoed inferinato or covered with parchment paper wet and squeezed (I prefer parchment paper). Distributed the fruit on the bottom of dough in order to obtain a uniform layer.
Work with your fingertips the butter, flour and remaining sugar until the mixture is a grainy texture; well crumble over the fruit. Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
